Bell's played a huge part in helping with our 29 year old Autistic son this year. Our son is nonverbal and due to pain that he couldn't voice to us, he suddenly became very physically aggressive. If it weren't for Bell's, we would not have received the help we needed to get our son tested so quickly and on the road to recovery!

On 10/20/17 the staff of Bell Healdsburg Windsor Ambulance Services saved my life. The last thing I remembered from that morning was feeling like I had the worst case of the flu. I want back to bed, feeling a trickle of sweat rolling down the side of my face, and thinking "oh man this is not good!". I woke up, unexpectedly, inside the ambulance with a needle being put in my arm. Unknown to me, I almost died and was a very unbecoming shade of purple. I had a heart attack that is called a Widow Maker. My symptoms were: being a woman, over 50 and doing too much. Sound familiar? Thank you, Bell Team for bringing me back to life. Apparently it wasn't my time to leave this earth yet.

In the fall of 2019, a family member of mine needed non-emergency transportation to the hospital after complaining of lower back pain. She lives in a memory care facility and suffers from extremely poor muscle tone due to advanced dimentia. It is now impossible to move her in a family car. The Bell's staff were extremely careful and took their time moving her from her wheelchair to the stretcher. After a quick trip to the Healdsburg Hospital, she was feeling much better with some medication and Bell's got her safely returned to her home. Much appreciated!
"Thank you Bell's! You made a difficult day a bit easier."
